What we collect
Visiting the website
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and only gives us aggregated numbers such as page views, countries and referring sites.
Downloading an app
When you download a free app from this website, we record the time, the file, your country and the page that linked to the download. We do not store your IP address. We use this only to count downloads.
Emailing us
If you write to contact@boraduo.com, we receive your email address and anything you include in the message. We use it only to answer you.
Buying an app
Purchases are made on Gumroad, which handles payment and your purchase details under its own privacy policy. We receive the information Gumroad shares with sellers, such as your email address, to deliver the licence and provide support.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and loads no third-party trackers or advertising. Fonts are served from this website itself.
Legal basis and retention
We handle this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running, securing and improving the website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), and to answer your requests (Article 6(1)(b)). Download records are kept as anonymous statistics. Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request.
Who processes the data
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and stores the download records. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to contact@boraduo.com. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
